Delivered to Your Door
Our entire garden shed range can be delivered to anywhere in Australia, all you have to do is select your delivery option and fill in your details at checkout:
- 1At checkout, first enter your address.
- 2Shipping Options will be shown on the second column.
- 3Tick Home Delivery & it will be applied to your cart.
*Please note, delivery cannot be arranged to Christmas Island and the Cocos (Keeling)
Islands 6798.
*Unfortunately, we're unable to deliver to the Northern Territory and select post codes
at this time due to high freight costs.
*NOTE: For home delivery of Garden Kits in a Box, the delivery will be made to the front
of the property only or up to 6 metres from the truck. For larger steel building packs, they can only be
offloaded in the near vicinity of the safe access for the delivery truck. Delivery to the rear of the property
is not available due to OH&S regulations.

Depot Pickup
Budget-Friendly Depot Pickup
We also offer "Depot Delivery" for a small standard flat fee of $35. The benefit of this option is it's either cheaper than home delivery! If you choose this option we will ship your shed to a depot closest to your home. You can save money with this option. Depots are listed below for your convenience.

- 3Select "Depot Pickup" under Shipping Methods.
- 4Select your local depot for your collection from the depot list.
The depot delivery fee covers a forklift and operator and the fee is per item ordered. The good news is, if you have ordered multiple garden sheds you only pay one flat fee. The 'per item' fee applies only to large buildings.
NOTE: If you chose Depot Delivery, once the shed has reached your chosen depot you have
a maximum of 5 days to collect. After this period, a stocking fee will be charged to you for holding your shed
till pick up.
If you live in Brisbane you can collect from our Crestmead factory on set days and times once your shed is ready. Our current pick-up schedule is as follows but please call first to make sure your shed is ready:
Monday-Thursday: 7am-2pm
Friday: 7am-12pm

Delivery Time
Delivery takes 3-9 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. If you have any questions about delivery or anything else, please feel free to contact us. All of our items are made to order and most units are dispatched in 2-3 business days. However, most bigger items take longer due to size and manufacturing.
IMPORTANT: Once your shed has arrived at the local depot for collection or to be Home delivered
please be aware you have 48 hours to arrange collection/pick up. After this period a storage fee will be
charged to you for holding your shed till pick up. You will receive tracking prior to this and will be contacted
by the freight company once your shed arrives.

What to Do Once Your Shed Arrives
Once your shed arrives please ensure to unpack and check the parts noted in the manual within 7 days.
- When unpacking your box, match the parts to the 'Parts List' in the manual to check everything is there.
- Let us know of any damage to packaging or parts (this can happen during transit but is very rare).
- Notify us of any missing parts, as generally, we can help locate them in your pack for you or on rare occasions if any are missing we can express them to you.
Our replacement policy is within 30 days of receiving the product
so we recommend you check the package within 7 days of receiving it.
