These engineering papers are site-specific to meet the standards for your property.

Engineering your carport paperwork will take a few days, 3-4, and delivered electronically via email.

This option is great if you want to present your plans to the council first before you make a full investment. If you do not get the approval you have not yet had the carport manufactured.

The paper cost is non-refundable but will be deducted from your investment when you place an order with Garden Sheds.

30 Day Price Guarantee - The current Carport price will be held for 30 days from payment receipt for the “Engineering Only” request. 

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the price for more than 30 days. The global market for steel is significantly fluctuating at the moment and the industry is facing price increases at unpredictable times.  So we are unable to guarantee a price for longer than 30 days but we are able to honour a set price for 30 days from payment receipt for the “Engineering Only” request. 

NOTE: Each Gable Roof Carport has site-specific wind zone engineering. This means the design is adjusted to suit your area's wind zone for its safety and suitability for where it will be built. All engineering and relevant site-specific documentation for local council approval applications will be included with all orders. 

WIND ZONE

• Flat and Gable Roof Carports are suitable to wind rating N3/Region A and Region B wind rated areas only in Australia. These are NOT suitable for cyclone-prone areas.
• Gable Roof Carports WITH Cyclone Kit Upgrade is available for Regions A, B, & C.
