This shed comes flat packed ready for DIY. You receive a manual with your kit and all the parts required for assembly.

It is easy to assemble but please take note that they are made to order so allow up to 4 weeks for manufacturing.

We recommend two or more people to assemble any of our products so make sure to ask a mate or hire a professional for the job.

The Smartlockers are NOT engineered beacuse they are under 10 square meters.

Delivery Details

We deliver Australia wide and direct from the factory.

Depot Delivery

You can have your Spanbilt large building delivered to your local depot for a budget-friendly flat fee of $30. We will provide you with updates when it is dispatched and the depot guys will let you know when you can collect it from the depot. You can view the depot locations Here.

Please be aware you will have 48 hours to arrange collection once it arrives.

Free Depot Pick up from Brisbane Factory. Please note some remote areas may incur an additional fee. Please contact our team for a quote.

Home Delivery

You can have the product delivered directly to your home. You will receive a delivery quote when requested. Please ask our team for a quote via chat/email/phone. No delivery to Islands.

All products are made to order. Please allow up to 4 weeks for manufacturing. During busy periods there may be delays and be mindful these are big products to freight so we cannot 100% guarantee delivery dates.
