Package Details & Assembly
Not appropriate for Cyclonic Regions.
This shed comes flat packed ready for DIY. You receive a manual with your kit and all the parts required for assembly.
It is easy to assemble but please take note that they are made to order so allow up to 4 weeks for manufacturing.
We recommend two or more people to assemble any of our products so make sure to ask a mate or hire a professional for the job.
The Smartlockers are NOT engineered beacuse they are under 10 square meters.

Delivery Details
We deliver Australia wide and direct from the factory.
Depot Delivery
You can have your Spanbilt large building delivered to your local depot for a budget-friendly flat fee of $35 per item. We will provide you with updates when it is dispatched and the depot guys will let you know when you can collect it from the depot. You can view depot locations here.
Please be aware you will have 48 hours to arrange collection once it arrives. Please note some remote areas may incur an additional fee. Contact our team for a quote.
Home Delivery
You can have the product delivered directly to your home. Shipping will be quoted at check out. No delivery to Islands & certain Postcodes.
For home delivery of Gardens Kits in a box, the delivery will be made to the front of the property only or up to 6 metres from the truck. For larger steel building packs, they can only be offloaded in the near vicinity of the safe access for the delivery truck. Delivery to the rear of the property is not available due to OH&S regulations.

Factory Collection
If you live in Brisbane or surrounding areas, you can opt to collect your shed from our factory in Crestmead. This is free of charge but you must have the appropriate vehicle for collection.
Please note you will need to wait to be notified of when you shed is ready for collection before planning your trip to the factory. Pickup Hours: Monday-Thursday 6:30am - 2pm, Friday 6:30am - 12pm (Closed Saturday & Sunday)
What to expect?
All products are made to order. Please allow up to 4 weeks for manufacturing. During busy periods there may be delays and be mindful these are big products to freight so we cannot 100% guarantee delivery dates.
We deliver to metro and most rural areas across the country, with the EXCEPTION of:
- Most Australian Islands including Stradbroke Island (4183), Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands (6798, 6799), and Russell Island, QLD (4184).
- Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to the Northern Territory at this time due to high freight costs.
